Here it is! I get asked for my recipe all that time so I thought I'd just make a video which shows you how I do it. It is VERY simple. I love the texture of chia seeds. They're like tomato seeds. I find you either love 'em or you hate 'em. Here's a recipe for all the lovers out there! (Also, anyone remember the Chia Pets song from the early 80's?!)
Chia Pudding Recipe:
Step 1:
To make the chia seeds In a 6in x 6in x 3in container put:
•7 tbl dry chia seeds
•about 3 cups of water
Mix up and refrigerate overnight. Stir well before eating because sometimes the seeds get clumped together. They will all mix up just fine after a good stir.
Step 2: To make the actual Chia Pudding:
Measure out 1/2c of the chia made with water into a small bowl and add the following:
• 1 doonk (1/32nd of a teaspoon) of THM Pure Stevia
• 1 dash of heavy whipping cream (HWC)
• whatever other loveliness you'd like! I am pretty partial to a handful of fresh blueberries or a tablespoon of salted roasted pumpkin seeds myself.
This is an S fuel in THM terms meaning it's reserved for higher fat, lower carb settings.
